Claws of the Enraged Beast

Scars of the Wounded Prey is notable as being pretty hard - but it's not really hard enough, I think.

As a result, we now have Claws of the Enraged Beast - a modernised equivilant, but better in as many regards as possible. Two properly defined difficulties seperate the men from the boys, or more appropriately, the masochists from the wusses. The harder mode, Slaughter! proves even more lethal, and has about 300 more monsters than Tough.

The wad also sports a large degree of non-linearity and inter-connectivity, with a focus on aesthetics, gameplay and dynamics in the 3D space you're playing in. It has music, a TITLEPIC, a modern MAPINFO, more weapons and a better challenge in either difficulty.

If you enjoyed Scars, you'll enjoy this more, and if you didn't, you'll probably like this anyway. Bathe in the blood of your enemies - grab this wad now!
