After that I made my announcement on the zdoom forums and immediately got some help from the great people over there. Particularly Enjay providing some Doom Alpha water flats and telling me about the WARP2 function. Over the time I've got some extra help and donations from solarsnowfall and Caligari_87.

Currently the wad is no longer being worked on, but if i make anything more for it, I will update the site, the download and the information below.

So far the Water Resource Wad contains:

• Monsters. The Nautilus, a fish, a starfish and a jellyfish so far, with extra additions planned.
• Textures. I've got Nick Bakers WFALL and WDRIP textures and included an ANIMDEFS ready for use.
• Flats. Doom Alpha water flats and fake bridge over water flats, plus ANIMDEFS and warped versions of all water flats that can use the warp functions.
• Ambience. Water falls and dripping water so far.
• Splashes. Courtesy of Caligari_87 we have deep water compatible splashes.
• Special Effects. Solarsnowfall has been hard at work making some very interesting effects using a combination ACS scripting and DECORATE. That's an underwater bubble effect, water fountains and rain. All of these are very customisable and have documentation for the purpose.
• Documentation for credits and technical help on the use of the resource.
